Refund policy

 

Moffett Route Supply is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at moffettroutesupply@gmail.com or call 251-298-7083.

Eligible Returns: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Bulk orders may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened PPE, medical supplies, and custom/special-order items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Bulk & Government Orders: For RFQ or purchase order-based transactions, please refer to your contract terms or contact us directly for resolution.
